High-Torque Rear Hub Motor – Powered by a 500W rear motor (peak 1080W) with torque-tuned performance that’s ideal for hills, headwinds, and heavy cargo. Unlocked mode gives you up to 750W for extra boost when you need it most.

Ride-Ready Gearing – Equipped with a Shimano 7-Speed Tourney derailleur and 14-28T cassette for smooth, responsive shifting across all terrains.

Deliveries

All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from Gold Coast, this is followed by a delivery time frame. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days for metro areas and 7–14 business days for rural and remote locations. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas. For Standard Shipping, we offer free delivery on orders over $99, excluding bulky items. Orders under $99 will incur a $9.90 flat shipping fee.

What happens when my Chubbi Pro runs out of battery?

Your Chubbi ebike will not become immobile if you run out of battery. You can ride your Chubbi ebike even if you run out of battery! You'll just have to pedal the bike like you would a regular bicycle!

How far can the Chubbi Pro go on a full charge?

With both batteries fully charged, you can get up to 250 km of range in Eco Mode, depending on terrain, rider weight, and assist level used.

Are the batteries removable?

Yes. Both batteries are fully removable, making it easy to charge them indoors or swap them out on longer rides.

Can I ride with just one battery installed?

Absolutely. Each battery works independently, so you can run on one while keeping the other as backup or charging.

Do I need a license or registration to ride the Chubbi Pro?

The Chubbi Pro is limited to 25 km/h for road use to comply with Australian e-bike regulations (up to 50km/h if unlocked). However, rules can vary by state or territory. It’s your responsibility to check local laws regarding e-bike use.

Is the Chubbi Pro road legal?

Yes, when used in its default mode capped at 250W and 25 km/h, it complies with most Australian e-bike laws. The unlockable higher power modes are intended for off-road or private use only.

What is the maximum weight the Chubbi Pro can carry?

The bike is built to support a total load of up to 160 kg, including the rider, passenger(s), and cargo.

Can I carry a second rider?

Yes! The Chubbi Pro has an optional extended seat attachment designed to carry 2–3 people comfortably and safely.

Can I use my E-Bike in the rain?

Yes, the bike and its components are weather-sealed and designed to handle wet conditions, but we recommend avoiding submersion or pressure washing.
